Maintain Charts of Accounts

Step 1:

After setup of a company we can select another option that is chart of accounts

Step 2:

After  this the new chart are formed that is maintain chart of accounts.

In this we can fill the three types

·         Accounts id

·         Description

·         Account types

We can fill these three columns and maintain accounts id , description and its type of a company

Step 4:

After fill these columns select the beginning balance

After this we can select the period of entering the data of beginning balance

Step 5:

After selecting beginning balance date the next chart will be formed . that is chart of beginning balance

In this chart we can put all amount of the company that is assets , expense , liabilities , equity , and income .

After filling the amount the trial balance is made up of the balance of all accounts and the trial balance to be balance the sum of assets and expenses should equal the sum of liabilities , equity and income .
